Basic and Pro run once daily. Enterprise supports continuous (real-time) backups using filesystem journaling, capturing every change as it happens.

Where are my backups stored?+

In dedicated, encrypted cloud storage in a region geographically separate from your primary server. You can request EU-only or US-only storage.

Can I download my backups?+

Yes. Every backup can be downloaded as a single compressed archive at any time.

What happens if I exceed my storage?+

We notify you well in advance. You can either upgrade your plan or shorten retention to free space — backups are never silently deleted without warning.

Are backups counted against my hosting disk space?+

No. Backup storage is completely separate from your hosting account.
