Terms of Service — RDKREVENUE

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RDKREVENUE's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use RDKREVENUE services for personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms of Service. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.

3. Services

RDKREVENUE provides domain registration, web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, email hosting, and related services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers. Please review our Acceptable Use Policy for detailed guidelines.

6. Uptime and Service Levels

RDKREVENUE commits to a 99.9% network uptime guarantee for all hosting services. In the event of downtime exceeding this threshold, service credits will be applied per our SLA Agreement.

7. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the client area.

9. Limitation of Liability

RDKREVENUE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
